brtbdt Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and brtbdt ("brtbdt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://brtbdt.net. By accessing the brtbdt platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets or casino games — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the brtbdt platform and, if you have already registered, contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. brtbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the platform and/or by email to registered players. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the brtbdt platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the brtbdt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period of their account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. brtbdt is an adults-only platform. We enforce a strict 18+ policy and conduct age verification checks on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested a self-exclusion from brtbdt or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be registered and operated by the individual whose identity documents are provided during verification.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of brtbdt, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been granted by brtbdt management.

brtbdt employs automated and manual age verification checks. If we are unable to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account, freeze any balance pending investigation, and may report the matter to relevant authorities. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of brtbdt's products and services — including the ability to deposit funds, place bets, and request withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

One account per player: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one brtbdt account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: brtbdt is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. As part of our KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if required by our compliance team

Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account. brtbdt will not process any withdrawal to an unverified account. All documents submitted are treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. brtbdt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the brtbdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). brtbdt does not apply any currency conversion fee; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your gaming account, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount transferred to your nominated payment method (subject to processing times and applicable fees charged by the payment provider).

Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. brtbdt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. brtbdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are grounds to believe that the account activity warrants further review.

Chargebacks and disputed transactions: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting brtbdt support is considered a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is raised against a brtbdt transaction, the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. Any gaming activity conducted during the disputed period may be voided.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

brtbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you accept both the promotion-specific terms and these general bonus rules.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable).

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• brtbdt reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of any of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses.
• brtbdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not disadvantage players who have already claimed and commenced wagering on an active bonus.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days after the date they are credited to your account. Any unexpired bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

6. Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on brtbdt operate under their own individual game rules, which are available to view within each game or market. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on brtbdt:

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market and game has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of placing a bet or starting a game session. brtbdt reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a period defined in the sport-specific rules, or if the bet was placed at an erroneous price due to a technical fault. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance.
• Manifest errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price (manifest error), brtbdt reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the stake. We will not honour winnings that result from a manifest pricing error.
• RNG certification: All digital casino games offered on brtbdt use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our game providers, which have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• Disconnection during play: If a live game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the game state will be preserved and resumed upon reconnection where technically possible. For crash games and time-sensitive titles, brtbdt's internal logs will be used to determine the outcome. Our decision in such matters is final.
• Cricket betting specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, standard cricket betting rules apply. Minimum over requirements for a match to be considered valid for betting purposes are defined in our cricket-specific rules page accessible from within each market.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

brtbdt operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive behaviour on its platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market, including in poker, live casino, or peer-to-peer betting products.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between brtbdt and other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, use of third-party identities, or any strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Automated betting tools: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or scrape data from the brtbdt platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your brtbdt account is prohibited. Each account must be used exclusively by its registered owner.
• Money laundering: Using the brtbdt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to any illegal activity. brtbdt has legal obligations to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to brtbdt's systems, databases, or any other player's account. Any such attempt will be treated as a criminal matter.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

brtbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following situations:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Chargeback or payment dispute raised against brtbdt
• Suspected underage gambling
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cooling-off period
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your brtbdt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification checks.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for full details of the self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are enforced for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, brtbdt will make every reasonable effort to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account or accessing the platform.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. brtbdt may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in our current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Real-money balances in dormant accounts are never forfeited — they remain available for withdrawal upon reactivation of the account.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of brtbdt that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be directed to our support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. brtbdt's decisions on all betting outcomes and account matters, once final, are binding.
